Vendors are the backbone of the Keller Farmers Market. KFM has enjoyed a reputation for relationship building among its vendors, and has been instrumental in “launching” several local businesses to the next level of their success.
KFM above all else is an outlet for local food producers who want to bring “fresh and local” food to the community. When considering space allotment, as a farmers market we support first local and Texan farmers. Secondly, we support non-farming vendors who demonstrate a commitment to local food production with products made in Texas. Lastly, we support a few local artisan and craft makers who produce their products in Texas.
KFM does not accept vendors who do not fall into any of the above categories, in addition and including, but not limited to: multi-level or direct marketing businesses, general businesses that have other means of selling their products or services, i.e. storefronts and “food trucks,” health care professionals, nutritional supplements, or imported products.
All others will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with special consideration towards those that demonstrate a commitment to educating the community about food, gardening, and sustainability within the state of Texas.
Keller Farmers Market desires to give back by featuring organizations that add value to our community through education or outreach. For this reason, we offer one (1) Community Booth space almost every Saturday during market season at no cost. Our only request is that the organization promote its attendance at KFM.
In order to keep a good balance between farm and produced foods, we currently have a waiting list for foods prepared onsite, dessert and baked goods, and sweets vendors. We encourage you to submit an application, though, since if/when spots become available, we will fill them from pending applications.

The Board of Directors, along with our vendors, volunteers, Market Manager, and Executive Director, work together to ensure the continued success of the market by creating a fun, education-filled, family atmosphere and community gathering spot during the market season.
Vendors may now easily pay their application or $25 vendor booth fee through PayPal. A $1 convenience fee is added.
