Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrew Chadwick. Andrew, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?

I have been cooking and experimenting with food my entire life. I began cooking for my family. In later years, I cooked for my fellow troops overseas. Today, I cook for my customers in the form of salsa and pickled produce. My passion has always been to become an entrepreneur and use my success to help those less fortunate than myself. With a bit of encouragement from friends and family, I am finally taking steps to make my dreams a reality. I started small, determined to grow my business organically. Initially, I invested $200 to create my first few batches of spiked papaya salsa, dill pickles, and bread and butter pickles. I cherish each and every customer I have because they are helping me achieve my dreams. I make quality food – not for the money, but for the smiles, my creations deliver and the happy memories of which my products play a part.
