Please be as accurate as possible. KFM uses the dates you choose to plan each market. We understand things happen and schedules change however, accurate dates from day one is important. Our waiting list to get into the market is typically several hundred new vendors.
We share this with you up front this year because in the past, we've experienced vendors selecting all dates and only attending a few days (all year). To avoid the issues this causes, we are implementing the removal of all dates on your schedule if you miss more than 2 markets WITHOUT letting us know in advance.
If you’re a baker, focus on your primary offerings first. For example, instead of saying you can bake “everything,” highlight your specialized items first, followed by any secondary offerings. Our selection process prioritizes bakers based on their primary specialties. If we already have three or more bakers specializing in the same type of item, we may consider your secondary offerings during the approval process.
Please list only items you are currently selling or are definitively planning to sell. Do not include items you might wish to sell in the future. Please know that if you wish to add new products later, you can share your ideas with the Executive Director for approval.

While we respect independent sales consultants with direct selling businesses and organizations, artisan and craft vendor booths are not available for this purpose, regardless of the product category.
Keller Farmers Market desires to give back by featuring organizations that add value to our community through education or outreach. For this reason, we offer one (1) Community Booth space almost every Saturday during market season at no cost. Our only request is that the organization promote its attendance at KFM.
Items offered for sale in the Community Booth must be approved by the KFM Executive Director before the market day.
